High ceiling (11 m) with natural limestone walls and big opening windows to give natural bright lights and cooling temperature inside the villa.

Air-conditioned with Samsung Smart TV 43″ and comfortable sofa with Netflix and Xbox, complete with powder room.

Pool Area

Green emerald pool (5×3.5×1.3m) with green sukabumi natural stones and wooden pool deck from Ulin tree of Borneo Island.

Carrara Italian marble countertop, electric stoves, Hot and cold Washer & Drier (cap. 16 kgs), fridge, oven, microwaves, Kuvings slow juicer, Japanese coffee maker, air fryer, food processors, pressure cooker, rice cooker, mixer, etc.

Wifi up to 150 Mbps, mobile phone coverage up to 5G + comfy working desks. Perfect for digital nomads.

Six (6) night vision CCTV with built-in alarms, galvanized steel spikes surrounded the villa.

The villa is an earth quake resistance building calculated by civil engineers.

Cleaning 2x per week, regular pool & facilities maintenance, villa deep cleaning & hydro vacuum beds and sofas every 3 months.
